These Terms of Service apply to you as a member, being a user or advertiser at Sotuk Traffic. When registering at Sotuk Traffic, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not register.

 

Member Accounts

For security purposes, we store your password in an irreversible format. Therefore, if you forget your password, we will not able to provide it to you, you should create a new password. In order to create a new password, you can use 'Forgot Your Password?' link on login page.
 

During the Account creation process, you will be required to select a password (“Login Information”). You shall not share the Account or the Login Information, nor let anyone else access your Account or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your Account. In the event you become aware of or reasonably suspect any breach of security, including without limitation any loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of the Login Information, you must immediately notify Sotuk traffic and modify your Login Information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Login Information, and you will be responsible for all uses of the Login Information, including purchases, whether or not authorized by you. You are responsible for anything that happens through your Account.
 

You can only have one account to use Sotuk Traffic. Any attempt to create multiple accounts from the same IP address will lead to the suspension all of these account.
You shall not create an Account or access the Service if you are under the age of 16; You shall restrict use by minors, and you will deny access to children under the age of 16. You accept full responsibility for any unauthorized use of the Service by minors. You are responsible for any use of your credit card or other payment instrument (e.g. paypal) by minors.
 

Sotuk Traffic reserves the right to remove or reclaim any usernames at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to claims by a third party that a username violates the third party’s rights.
Any kind of usage of VPS and/or proxy services is strongly prohibited.
You are not allowed to rent or sell your account.
You are not allowed to sell website credits, banner impressions and text link impressions.
You shall not create an Account or use any Services if you have been convicted of any sex offence or any crime involving moral turpitude.
 

Member Inactivity
 

If your account is not activated within 100 days, it will be deleted.
 

Payments to Members
 

Your name in your profile must match with the name in your payment processor account
All payments will be made to your selected processor. 
 

You must have One account only to receive payments.
Minimum payment amount is variable according to your membership.

Refund Policy

You agree that all sales of Virtual Goods and Currencies are final.

No refunds will be given, except in our sole and absolute discretion. All Virtual Goods and Currencies are forfeited if your account is terminated or suspended for any reason, in Sotuk Traffic sole and absolute discretion, or if Sotuk Traffic discontinues providing the Service.
 

Anti Cheat Policy
 

Any kind of cheat attempt will be logged in our database and your account will be deleted without any warnings.

The use of Proxy is Totaly Prohibited And will lead to account Suspension.!

Use cheats, exploits, automation software, Auto-Clickers,bots, hacks, mods or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service, any Sotuk Traffic Games or any Sotuk Traffic games experience or without Sotuk Traffic express written consent, modify or cause to be modified any files that are a part of the Service or any Sotuk Traffic Games .!
 

Disrupt, overburden, or aid or assist in the disruption or overburdening of any computer or server (“Server”) used to offer or support the Service or any Sotuk Traffic environment.
Institute, assist, or become involved in any type of attack, including without limitation distribution of a virus, denial of service attacks upon the Service, or other attempts to disrupt the Service or any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Service.
 

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, Accounts registered to others or to the computers, Servers, or networks connected to the Service by any means other than the user interface provided by Sotuk Traffic, including but not limited to, by circumventing or modifying, attempting to circumvent or modify, or encouraging or assisting any other person to circumvent or modify, any security, technology, device, or software that is part of the Service.
 

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for any underlying software or other intellectual property used to provide the Service or any Sotuk Traffic games, or to obtain any information from the Service or any Sotuk Traffic games using any method not expressly permitted by Sotuk Traffic
 

Solicit or attempt to solicit personal information from other users of the Service or collect or post anyone’s private information, including personally identifiable information (whether in text, image or video form), identification documents, or financial information through the Service.
Engage in any act that Sotuk Traffic deems to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of the Service or make improper use of Sotuk Traffic support services.
 

Promote or encourage illegal activity including, without limitation, hacking, cracking or distribution of counterfeit software, or cheats or hacks for the Services.
Reproduce, translate, reverse engineer, modify, disassemble, or decompile, in whole or in part, or create derivative works Services.
Break, try to, or otherwise assist with the disruption of (i) any computer used to support services or (ii) experience of Sotuk Traffic.
 

Any use of the services in violation of these restrictions will be considered a breach of this Agreement and may result in penalties or legal action against you or your account.
A program that runs autonomously, and which performs repetitive and/or remotely-controlled tasks, from very simple IRC commands to incredibly complex online credit manipulation. A program that behaves and interacts with other programs as if it were a user.
 

You shall not use these cheating programs or create or assist in the creation of cheating programs. You agree not to use, develop, or distribute any robot (or “bot”), spider, unauthorized script, unauthorized scraper or offline reader, or any other cheat, exploit, mod, bot, hack or the like, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with or provide automated access to or use of the Websites or Services, or any portion thereof, or any Services available on or through any Third Party Platform.

Cheating With our tough anti-cheat system
 

It is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to forfeit all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network. Cheating would include, but not limited to, any of the following: Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.

Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking. Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system. If you should choose to use an IP masking service of any kind to access Sotuk Traffic you are doing so at your own risk.

As we have no way of telling whether or not your IP is masked, if a different users is using the same service to mask their IP as you are using, it will show up as you having more than one account. So beware these services, if more than one user uses a single service, the users can be banned for multiple accounts, no questions asked.

We do allow this, however, if you have someone on the same IP, and they happen to be one of your referrals, you will be flagged for banishment. You can be banned with OR without warning. Any member who fails cheat checks will have their account deleted without question.

Multiple fails are a sign that you are not paying attention to the advertisements and deleted accounts will not be reactivated.

You are not allowed to create any more than one account. ALL members must write correct information in their profile. If we detect false info, this will show us that you have not read our TOS and don't respect the service, your earnings will be nulled and your accounts will be deleted

Websites containing malicious script or code (popups, automatic download atempts, etc.)
 

Adult content, gambling or lottery websites

Websites containing any kind of illegal materials (torrent, warez, etc.)
 

Post any information that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable or offensive.
 

Post any information that contains nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or that contains a link to such content.
 

Any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment or data or the Services or that of any users or viewers of the Services or that compromises a user’s privacy,
 

Attempt to, or harass, abuse, or harm, or advocate or incite harassment, abuse, or harm of another person, group, including Sotuk Traffic employees, including customer service representatives.
False Representing We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals. If you are found in violation, your account will be deleted.
 

Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, corrupted files or data, or other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the Services or the computers of other users
Gore and Other Obscene Conduct
Content that exclusively focuses on extreme or gratuitous gore and violence is prohibited.

Public Discourse

The Service may include various forums, blogs and chat features where you can post User Content, including your observations and comments on designated topics.Sotuk Traffic cannot guarantee that other members will not use the ideas and information that you share.

Therefore, if you have an idea or information that you would like to keep confidential and/or don’t want others to use, do not post it on the Service.Sotuk Traffic shall have no responsibility to evaluate, use or compensate you for any ideas or information you may choose to submit.

Responsible For Your Own Content

You are solely responsible for the information that you post on, through or in connection with the Service and that you provide to others.Sotuk Traffic may reject, refuse to post or delete any User Content for any or no reason, including, but not limited to, User Content that in the sole judgment of Sotuk Traffic violates these Terms of Service.

User Interactions

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Service and any other parties with whom you interact through the Service and/or Sotuk Traffic games.

Sotuk Traffic reserves the right, but has no obligation, to become involved in any way with these disputes. If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Users Interactions And Parental Guidance

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor or be involved in disputes between Users. While we may choose to monitor and take action upon inappropriate game play, chat or links to the Service, it is possible that at any time there may be language or other material accessible on or through the Services that may be inappropriate, in particular for children, or offensive to some Users of any age. We cannot ensure that other Users will not provide content or access to content that parents or guardians may find inappropriate or that any User may find objectionable. Payment of Fees

Suspension Evasion

All suspensions are binding until expiration or removal upon appeal. Any attempt to circumvent a site-wide or chat suspension by using other accounts, identities, personalities, or presence on another user's account will also result in suspension. Suspension evasion will not only increase the length of suspension, but may lead to an indefinite suspension.

Liability

Sotuk Traffic cannot be held responsible for any kind of loss occurred by using this website, and any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

Breaking the Law

You must respect all applicable local, national, and international laws while using our services. Any content or activity featuring or encouraging illegal activity is prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to: suicide threats, intentional physical trauma, use of illegal drugs, or drinking excessively. The following are considered zero-tolerance harassment violations, and all accounts associated with such activity will receive an immediate indefinite suspension:

Attempting or threatening to harm or kill another person
Attempting or threatening to DDOS or SWAT another person
Posting someone else's personal information, such as a real name or location, without consent
Hate Speech and Other Harassment
Any content that promotes or encourages discrimination, harassment, or violence based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, religion, or nationality is prohibited.
Modification of the Software

All Users must use the Software provided by us. We periodically update the Apps and other Software, with or without notifying you and all Users are required to use the latest version of the Software. You agree that we may automatically upgrade the version of the Software.You are strictly prohibited from modifying the Software.

License Limitations

Any use of the Service in violation of these License Limitations is strictly prohibited, can result in the immediate revocation of your limited license and may subject you to liability for violations of law.

For security and anti-fraud purpose, we may require any User, whether prior to or after payment of the Admission Fee, to provide personal information such as name, address, phone number, social security number, and copy of picture ID.

Users may also be required to write and sign a statement certifying that their purchases are authorized and legitimate. Failure to do so may result in suspension of the associated Account or of access through the associated Account.

Spam

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication.

Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Sotuk Traffic and may result in legal prosecution.Sotuk Traffic strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime.

Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident.

Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.Sotuk Traffic will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.

INTERRUPTION OF SERVICES

(a) We reserve the right to interrupt the Services from time to time on a regularly scheduled basis or otherwise with or without prior notice in order to perform maintenance.

(b) You acknowledge that the Services may be interrupted for unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to access the Services or your Account whenever you may wish to do so. In any event, we shall not be liable for any interruption of the Services arising from unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, acts or regulations of government, military authorities and political interferences with our activities, network, server or infrastructure failures or shortages of labour, fuel, energy or technological facilities.

(c) Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, we shall not be obligated to refund any portion of any Upgrade or otherwise provide any compensation or have any liability by reason of any interruption of the Services by reason of any of the circumstances described.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

If we should at any time choose to provide you with a translation of the English language version of this Agreement, you agree that such translation is provided for your information only and does not amend this English version. In the event of any conflict between a translation of this Agreement and the English version, the English version shall prevail. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in force. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly disclaimed. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. In no event shall we be liable to any person or entity, either directly or indirectly, with respect to the conduct of any third party or any materials, information, products and services from third parties, whether such third parties are other users or third party service providers, vendors or operators of external sites.

You assume total responsibility and risk from your use of the services and internet generally including without limitation any obligations incurred in your dealings with any third parties. We disclaim any and all responsibility for content contained in any third party materials provided through hyperlinks or in any other forms and any other third party products and services.

If we decide to change our Terms of Service, we will send an email notifying you of any changes.This agreement can change. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
